You may use this website for lawful personal purposes, including learning about The Courts, viewing programs and schedules, contacting us, registering for available programming, managing eligible account activity, and purchasing products or services.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.
When creating an account or completing a registration, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Programs + Availability
Programs, classes, camps, basketball leagues, private training, Dr. Dish sessions, rentals, and events are subject to availability.
Schedules, coaches, capacity, locations, programming, and other details may change.
The Courts may reasonably modify, reschedule, combine, cancel, or discontinue programming when necessary.
Additional requirements may apply based on sport, age, capacity, supervision, registration, or the specific program.
Memberships + Recurring Billing
Membership benefits depend on the membership selected.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership does not provide unrestricted access to The Courts facility or every program offered by The Courts.
“Unlimited” refers only to eligible programming specifically included with that membership and remains subject to scheduling, sport, age, capacity, registration, availability, and other applicable requirements.
Certain programs, services, camps, leagues, events, rentals, or training may require separate registration or payment.
Memberships billed monthly renew and are charged according to the terms presented when the membership is purchased until canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
Memberships may be canceled by providing at least 30 days’ notice through the available account-management process or by contacting The Courts.
Certain purchases, memberships, registrations, rentals, or programs may include additional terms presented at checkout, registration, or enrollment. Those additional terms apply to the specific product or service they accompany.
Cancellations + Refunds
Cancellation, credit, and refund policies may vary by membership, program, camp, basketball league, rental, private session, Dr. Dish reservation, or event.
Applicable cancellation terms will be provided during registration or purchase where appropriate.
Unless required by law or otherwise stated in the applicable terms, fees may be nonrefundable after applicable cancellation deadlines.
Training + Dr. Dish
Private and small-group training are subject to coach and facility availability.
Pricing, session length, coach availability, and other terms may vary.
Dr. Dish is a basketball training service and is subject to scheduling, equipment, and court availability. Advance reservation may be required.
Camps + Basketball Leagues
Camps, basketball leagues, tournaments, school-break programming, and other special programs may require separate registration and fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
Program-specific schedules, eligibility requirements, fees, cancellation policies, and participation requirements may be provided during registration.
Court Rentals + Events
Court rentals, parties, private events, and similar reservations are subject to availability and any booking requirements presented at the time of reservation.
Additional terms may apply regarding timing, facility use, supervision, setup, cleanup, cancellations, damage, or participant conduct.
Payments + Gift Cards
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and fees may be added where required.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment or booking providers and may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and policies.
Gift cards may be subject to additional terms provided at purchase.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Merchandise
Merchandise may be sold or fulfilled through third-party providers.
Shipping, returns, exchanges, availability, and fulfillment may be subject to additional terms presented at purchase or by the applicable fulfillment provider.
Participation + Minors
Participation in athletic activities at The Courts may require additional agreements or information, including where applicable:
- Assumption of risk and liability waiver
- Parent or guardian consent
- Emergency contact information
- Medical authorization
- Code of conduct
- Facility or program policies
- Photo and video preferences
Registrations or purchases for minor athletes must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian where required.
These participation agreements are separate from these website Terms and may be required before an athlete participates.
Participants, parents, guests, coaches, and other visitors are expected to follow applicable facility rules and reasonable staff directions while at The Courts. The Courts may restrict participation or facility access when reasonably necessary to protect safety, operations, participants, or the facility.
Photos + Video
The Courts may photograph or record programming and events where permitted.
Permission for promotional use of an identifiable participant’s image or likeness will be handled through the applicable photo or video consent process.
These website Terms alone should not be treated as standalone marketing-media consent.
Intellectual Property
The Courts name, logos, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Courts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
The Courts website may link to or integrate with third-party services for functions such as registration, scheduling, account management, payments, merchandise, maps, social media, or other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
The Courts is not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services that it does not control.
Website Information + Liability
We work to keep information on playthecourts.com accurate and current, but schedules, pricing, availability, program details, and other information may change.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace specific registration terms, membership agreements, waivers, rental agreements, or other agreements applicable to a particular service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Courts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website.
Governing Law + Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
