Opening October 1

Hello, Nolensville.

I had the opportunity to experience NextGen first as a parent, which gave me a front-row seat to what made this place special.

I watched my son train, play, make friends, and find a place he genuinely wanted to keep coming back to. I saw coaches who cared, relationships that formed, and a community that grew around the court.

I was a parent here before I was the owner.

How We Play

Serious About Development.
Not Everything Else.

We care about good coaching, meaningful reps, and learning how to compete without making every Tuesday feel like Game 7.

01

Do the Work.

No magic drill. No shortcut.
Show up. Put in the reps.

02

Be Coachable.

Listen. Ask questions. Try it differently.
Nobody has it all figured out.

03

Compete Well.

Play hard. Want to win.
Know how to handle it either way.

04

Be a Great Teammate.

Bring energy. Pick people up.
Make the gym better when you're in it.

The Courts Standard

Who You Are
Matters.

This isn't about the points.
It's about who you are when no one's keeping score.

  • Show up.
  • Lift people up.
  • Compete the right way.

Character spreads. Bring yours to The Courts.

Monthly Recognition

More Than the Scoreboard.

Each month, we’ll recognize one basketball or volleyball athlete for the stuff that matters.

Effort. Character. Resilience. Being a great teammate.

A Courts tee. A friend pass.
Bragging rights.

First one drops in October.

Our People

Good Coaches Change the Game.

Knowing the game matters. Knowing the athlete matters, too.Our coaches know when to teach, when to push, and when to step back.Give them what they need. Then let them own it.

Are You the Coach?

There's Room for You Here.

Your Athletes. Your Program. Our Court.

Meet The Coach Collective
Community

Nolensville is Our Home Court.

Being part of a community means more than opening the doors. It means showing up.

We want The Courts to give back to the schools, organizations, families, and causes that make Nolensville such a great place to raise kids.

And we want our athletes to have opportunities to be part of that, too. Because being a great teammate shouldn't stop at the gym door.

School partnerships. Volunteer projects. Community service. A chance to show up for the place that shows up for us.

A box of Courts branded gear -- hoodie, water bottle, basketball, volleyball, beanie, socks, and a teddy bear -- ready for a community give-back.
Our First Chance to Give Back

Coming This December.

Once a quarter, we'll give Courts athletes and families a chance to show up together for Nolensville.
