The basics on training, membership, scheduling, and getting started at The Courts.
The basics on training, membership, scheduling, and getting started at The Courts.
We work with youth athletes through high school across basketball and volleyball. Programs vary by age, sport, and experience level.
No. We work with athletes who are just getting started and athletes who have been playing for years.
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay when space allows, and we’ll have plenty of seating and Wi-Fi if you want to watch, work, or catch up while your athlete is on the court.
You’re also welcome to drop off and return at the end of the session. If you do, please be back on time for pickup. Respecting each other’s time is part of The Courts standard. Coaches may have another class immediately afterward or commitments waiting for them at home, and we want to be considerate of that.
The Courts does not provide childcare or supervision outside of scheduled program time.
Come ready to work, listen, compete well, and be a great teammate.
That means respecting coaches and other athletes, helping someone up, encouraging the people around you, and making the gym better when you’re in it.
We don’t do put-downs, exclusion, or behavior that makes another athlete feel unwelcome.
Play hard. Be kind. Keep showing up.
It depends on the plan.

Memberships are billed monthly based on your billing date. Camps, leagues, training, and other programs are charged when you register or book.
Contact us at least 30 days before you’d like your membership to end, and we’ll help take care of the rest.
Group Training and Dr. Dish reservations require at least 12 hours’ notice. Private Training requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the loss of the applicable session or credit.
Private Training is available for basketball and volleyball based on coach and court availability. Tell us what your athlete wants to work on, and we’ll help match them with the right coach and setup.
Camps are scheduled throughout the year around school breaks, teacher workdays, early-release days, and summer.
Court shoes, a water bottle, and a snack. Specific camp details, including anything else they’ll need, will be included with registration.
Basketball is typically 8 AM–12 PM and volleyball is 1–5 PM. Early Release times vary by date.
Nope. Members receive preferred camp pricing.

League teams combine weekly team practices at The Courts with Saturday games. Seasons, age groups, evaluations, and registration windows vary throughout the year.
Evaluations help us build balanced teams and determine the best divisions based on the athletes participating. We strongly encourage Fall League athletes to attend.
No. There are no cuts. Evaluations help us create balanced teams and appropriate divisions.
Fall League is $375 total. The $25 evaluation fee is credited in full toward league registration if your athlete joins a team.

Team practices begin the week of October 5, with the first Saturday games on October 24. The regular season runs through December 5, with tournament weekend December 11–13 if applicable.
Fall League registration closes September 20 at 5 PM. Athletes attending evaluations on September 12 will receive their evaluation credit toward the $375 league fee and next-step information after evaluations.
Families may still be able to register afterward if space allows. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
Register for Fall League anyway so we know your athlete wants to play — additional divisions are being built based on interest.

The name is changing, but the focus stays familiar: great coaching, meaningful development, and more opportunities for athletes to play.
Existing memberships, training packages, registrations, credits, and other eligible prepaid commitments will be honored as part of the transition.
We’ll communicate directly with current families about any account, scheduling, or registration steps they need to take.
