The basics of being a Courts member.
The basics of being a Courts member.
This page is the canonical source for Courts membership policies. For plan pricing and what's included with each tier, see Membership.
Memberships bill monthly and renew automatically on the same billing date each month until canceled in accordance with this policy.
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. To cancel, give us at least 30 days' notice through your member account or by contacting us.
You can move to a different membership tier as your athlete's needs change — training more, adding a second athlete, or scaling back. Reach out and we'll help you find the plan that fits.
If a membership payment fails, we'll reach out to update your payment method. Continued access to unlimited or included programming may depend on keeping your account current.
Included benefits vary by membership — group training frequency, private training and Dr. Dish pricing, and priority registration all differ by plan. See Membership for current plan details.
Membership provides access to eligible programming during published, scheduled sessions. It does not mean an athlete can arrive at the facility whenever it's open and use the court. All programming remains subject to the published schedule, registration, age and sport eligibility, capacity, and facility availability.
Group training sessions have limited capacity. Registering in advance helps guarantee your athlete's spot.
Group training and Dr. Dish self-serve sessions can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the session starts with no charge. Cancelling later than that, or not showing up, uses the session — the same as attending it.
Unless required by law, membership fees are generally nonrefundable once billed.
Schedules, coaches, capacity, and programming may change. The Courts will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to affected members.
