We want The Courts to be a place athletes can work hard, compete, have fun, and feel at home. A few simple expectations help us keep it that way.

Athletes are expected to give their best effort, follow coach instruction, and treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials with respect. Unsportsmanlike or unsafe behavior may result in a conversation with a parent/guardian or removal from an activity for the day.
We ask parents and guardians to model the same respect we ask of athletes — toward coaches, staff, officials, other families, and opposing teams. The Courts is a place for encouragement, not confrontation.
Please have your athlete ready to be dropped off at the start of their session and picked up promptly at the end. Staff supervision begins with the scheduled session, not before drop-off or after pick-up.
Please use courts and equipment as intended and only during your athlete's scheduled session. Report any equipment issues to a coach or staff member.
Water is welcome on the court. Please check with staff about food and other beverages in training and playing areas.
Please label personal items and keep them with you. The Courts is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
Staff will respond to injuries that occur during Courts programming and contact a parent/guardian as needed. Please keep your emergency contact and medical information current.
Please keep athletes who are feeling unwell home to protect other athletes, families, and staff.
In the event of severe weather or another facility closure, we'll do our best to notify affected families as early as possible.
The Courts may photograph or record programming and events for use on our website, social media, and marketing. If you have a preference about your athlete's image being used, let us know — this is handled through a separate photo/video consent process, not this page.
Bullying, harassment, unsafe conduct, or behavior that puts other athletes, families, or staff at risk is not tolerated. The Courts reserves the right to remove an athlete or family member from programming when reasonably necessary for safety or conduct reasons.
